Use Case
The North Tarrant Express extension (segment 3C) in Texas will extend along 6.7 miles from Heritage Trace Parkway, north of US 81/287 to Eagle Parkway, in Denton County. Existing lanes will be upgraded and will continue to be toll-free, while two tolled managed lanes each way will be built, as well as on-ramps.
Ferrovial Agroman is in charge of designing and building this new road segment, expected to be open to traffic by the end of 2023, worth USD 910 million. The highway will be operated through a consortium led by Cintra, through a concession that runs until 2061.
Alava International performs in this project surveying services such as stakeouts, earthwork calculation and monitoring, precision leveling, 3D machine control, monthly production volumes, technical office, generation of documents, etc.
